Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

  • Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from the date of payment for your order to be delivered.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Typical delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after payment

    • International: 10–21 business days after payment (customs may add delays)

Order Tracking
  • Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
  • International customers may be charged import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches their country.

  • ASAL Apparel is not responsible for these fees—they are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at [your brand email] with your order number and photos of the damage.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

  • If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
