At ASAL Apparel, every piece is created with care and intention. Because of the limited-release nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, color, and shipping details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

  • To process your claim, include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • In these cases, we will review and, if approved, issue either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • ASAL Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

  • For issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
